I don't think it adds to the fan experience either.. look at the hype built up around last summer's darling Buccaneers. They were epected to at LEAST be a playoff team, and the let down of their season is hard enough on the fans without all the additional hype Hard Knocks can bring,, because the script of their shows definitely saw a positive bright future for TB.

The team has held the window open for Gruden by giving him an extension last year. This offseason in particular needs to be be as stable and ripple-free as possible. After the injuries and the disappointing season and the continued Kirk dance, they need focus. I can't see Hard Knocks assisting in that.
