I agree with both points. I don't want to know how the "sausage" is made, but I do want to know that it's made right. Fans are the sole reason these teams make money. Without fans watching on tv, there would be no television revenue. We buy the merchandise, we buy the tickets and we drive the ratings on tv. We certainly deserve some insight, although I don't need to know everything happening behind closed doors. I do know that we Loyal Redskins fans deserve a better product and that starts in the front office.
