Zeke sat out of practice yesterday ... but before Cowboys fans panic ... he was a healthy scratch.

A healthy scratch from practice tells me one thing .... Zeke is going to be doing a lot of running on Thursday against the Saints. 

Now that typically doesn't come as a big surprise ... but I think Zeke is going to run a lot more than normal. Why?  Because the Cowboys know they'll have to keep Drew Brees off the field and win the time of possession battle if they're going to beat the Saints.

On the flip side, the Saints already know this.  So I would expect them to stack the box to stop the run for that very reason.

Conclusion? It's all going to come down to Dak, Amari and Cole.  The Cowboys don't need 90 yard throwing TD's ... but they will need to keep moving the chains with the passing game to back off the Saints run D.
