That's a good question. The bears need something different. What they’ve been doing in the past is not working. What’s important is that everyone plays their role. It’s not just Nagy’s role to be the head coach, he’s also responsible for hiring the right people around him to do their jobs at the highest, most effective level. 

I’m excited to see what bringing in someone with his offensive expertise will do for the team. We got a good pick in Trubisky, but he needs the right mentorship and skills training to develop into his ability, and what e Bears need in a QB.
