It would seem like it, right!? After his statement and previous statements through the years, I just don't think he's confident in Kirk. There's no way we can afford to drop another franchise tag on him, maybe a cheaper transition tag but I just don't see it. Kirk just never really shows interest in remaining a Redskin and we've done nothing to show him we want to keep him. It may be time to just part ways.....draft is pretty deep with QBs. This is all a mess, we need an experienced QB next season....gives me a headache 🤦‍♀️
