Re: Retaining Bruce Allen

Ya know, as much as would like to see someone else in his job position, he’s a nice guy. I would never be disrespectful or not appreciate what he has tried to do. He may not be great at his job, but he shows up and has tried to do what he thought was right for the team. Doesn’t mean it’s good and doesn’t mean I don’t think he should step aside but I still told him thank you for the time he has put in (and yes I do think he needs to go). He and his wife are both extremely kind people that go out of their way to be extremely welcoming and personable with Redskins fans. They truly go out of their way to treat the fans with a lot of respect and appreciation (which is more than I can say for many people in the NFL).
The problem is we don’t know where a lot of the decisions are coming from in the front office. This is where the transparency issues comes in to play.
