people always ask--what's your biggest regret? Questions like that are Loaded questions designed to make the interviewee to say and  acknowledge negative  item - it's kinda passive aggressive in my opinion

will you tell me about a risk you took during your professional career that paid off big ? Does anything  like that comes to mind ? Instead of saying something about "oh well I wished I knew -----" can you speak on  this ?
