Early on, Day’s hiring was thought to be a formality for the rookie head coach. Day and Vrabel have ties back to OSU. The OC will be a critical hire because he will have the responsibility of developing Marcus Mariota. Marcus took an obvious step backward so it’s imperative they get him back on track next week.
