I think it’s hard for a young player to develop and succeed under circumstances like this. Think of Tom Brady. He has been using the same playbook his entire career. He becomes so fluent in the terminology. Marcus hasn’t been afforded that opportunity. Jon Robinson’s next hire needs to be there for the long term especially if they want to see Marcus Mariota take that next step.
