From everything I have read, McCoy is one of those guys that works hard and sets a positive example. In the past, when the Patriots and Bucs have held joint training camp practices he has praised the Patriots for their business like approach.
The Bucs have had zero coaching consistency since Jon Gruden left. It's hard for players to buy in if the system is changing every 2 to 3 seasons.
