today I realized that the Bucs have a talented roster, some really good players and some up and coming players. the sad thing about this whole situation is that some of the better players will be entering the tail end of their career and have never made the playoffs. that is a total travesty, not sure what the organization thinks but changes have to be made. the culture and the core beliefs have to be revised.
