49ers are going through an ever changing identity of players on the field and a character check. This season has obviously been one of evaluation as to how this young team would respond to the adversity, who would step up as leaders, and who would show the mental/physical toughness and will to compete on a daily basis. 

There can be light at the end of this dark tunnel but the mentality has to be in the right place andndirection. The road will continue to get harder if you don’t focus on your personal need and want to be better. Each player needs to reach deep inside themselves and find a way to bring out their best and elevate the level of expectation amongst everyone in that locker room. 

Arizona is coming to town, a team that is going through their own personal struggles. This is the opportunity to turn it around. Consistency needs to improve on offense. Defense needs to continue to battle and put it on themselves to win the game. There’s no finger pointing, you’re all in this together. 

Let’s go! Find a way to make it happen. This is your job in the NFL that you are playing for, it’s your opportunity to prove that you belong but it can only be done if everyone believes in this together and turns the page on what has happened and begin to pave a new path toward success. The growing pains and excuses are over, grow up quickly or be replaced by someone who has more hunger and want to succeed.
