Do the 49ers need to acquire a legitimate #1 WR?

I'd like to see them sign Sammy Watkins, personally.

Will they be alright with Garcon, Goodwin, Aldrick Robinson, Trent Taylor, etc. or do you feel that they need to sign a legitimate #1 gamebreaking WR this offseason?
