Agree completely, the unfortunate issue with a lot of guys, not just Martavis. And i say that I've experienced personally, is when the talent level grows at a rate much faster than the maturity level, a larger degree of tunnel vision occurs.  

The bigger picture is reduced to a lesser focal point, and depending on the support system, or lack there of outside of the locker room, be it family or friends, can sometimes cause a distraction in personal decisions.
