I'd be happy if there were zero cold weather Super Bowls.  I'd take Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas  (eventually), Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Miami, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa Bay....that's about it.
