Losing the leading MVP candidate would be hard for any team to handle, but I feel the Eagles are still in a great position to earn home field advantage throughout the playoffs.  Nick Foles has started over 35 games in this league and been voted to a Pro Bowl. So he has the experience to step in a be more than a game manager.  Wentz’s ability to use his legs and make plays will be biggest drop off for the Eagles.  They will need to control the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball to remain one of the favorites in the NFC.  Yesterday the team ran two times more plays on offense than the Rams which accounted for holding the ball for 40 minutes of the game.
