I agree with T.D., The Pats' backs have can make the best impact with this offense. Both as pass catchers, and running the ball. It will be interesting to see how and where Bill uses them for the game. I csn see Dion Lewis having a big game, but again, it could be anyone. 

Philly's 2 headed monster with Ajayi & LG Bluont are no slouches either. If given space, either one of these beasts will be gone in a flash.
