Dude... this is a colossal Philly fail. There will be no official sendoff for the Eagles before they leave. 

Good thing that Eagles fans don't need no stinking rules! (<- please read that in a Balboa or Charles Barkley voice). I'm sure the fans will line the road from the Linc all the way to the airport. 

Someone should probably let the mayor know that it is not the best idea to leave Eagles fans to their own devices. I mean, come on.
