I see it much differently Chris. It's one thing to have incidental contact with a ref, quote another to grab him with two hands and shove him.

I don't see how that was unintentional, though I do see how he regretted it a second later. 

Add in the fact that he came off the sideline and the 1 game suspension is very appropriate.
