I hope that during this offseason Roger Goodell and the NFL look at revamping the Rooney Rule. It seems like so many teams aren’t taking it serious. There are a number of good candidates that aren’t getting a fair shake. I’d love to see more females given a chance in the NFL. Amy Trask was a pioneer for the Raiders. I hope we see more opportunities going forward.
