For sure. Coach Gruden brings the energy and the juice and even all the Chucky Facial expressions. But whether you like him or not you can certainly feel his real passion and joy for what he does. Stregically, I liked how he kept mentioning the fans in the "Blackhole" and coming back for the city of Oakland and not really mentioning Vegas. I can see the play being for the Raiders Organization for Coach Gruden to win over the Oakland Fans so that he can attach to them and bring them over to Las Vegas!
