It's official.  Now how long til the Raiders make a deep run into the playoffs. Is Gruden going to turn this around instantly w\ the players that are in place now. 

I think even a coach can get rusty.  It might take Gruden a season to get the play calling right. I love Gruden and how he coaches.  Best thing to happen to "The Black Hole" In a long time.  Congratulations
