I personally believe that when a team is losing, when expectations to win at the beginning of a season were high, that the coaching staff begins to look for an escape goat to blame their losing season. I’ve always said that QB’s get way too much credit when a team wins and way too much blame when a team loses. Everyone knows that when a QB isn’t getting the blocking he needs to do his job and if he getting hit a lot then he will eventually get gun shy when throwing the rock and passes that were once completions are now incomplete passes or interceptions. But in my opinion the coaching staff needs to look into the mirror and if they are going to start pointing fingers then they need to point at themselves FIRST.
