Re: Is Tom Brady held to a different standard?

It's not even a question. Of course he is held to a different standard. The highest standard. After all him and Bill have done together it has become the only consistent thing happening in the nfl. Year after year players come and go but we still make our way to the playoffs. A good example was the year of the rookies. We had Thompkins and Dobson along with the help of Amendola and Edelman were trying to fill the "void" of losing Welker. We made it to the afc championship game against the Broncos. We know what happened after that. (most amusing superbowl in nfl history #SorryNotSorry). The patriots still had a season to be proud of with everything that was taken away from them injury wise. As he gets older people are contantly brining up his age and wondering if this is the start of the end. We lose a game and all of a sudden the media thinks he is due for retirement.
