I know I am not alone. Special Teams players don't always receive proper recognition. Since, the NFL changed the kickoff rules and the extra point rules, special teams have become such a huge part of the game. Look back at SB46. The Giants defense played well and held Tom Brady and Co. in check but do you know who had a monster game? Giants punter Steve Weatherford. He averaged 40.8 yards per punt on that day and he set the Giants first score of day (safety).
