Agreed on all aspects. This site has open up a new realm for me. Lol. It's refreshing to know that there is such site where you can interact with other team fans and not worry about the things you just mentioned. 

Really excited about JimmyG. We've been questing for our 6th for years so hopefully we'll finally attain it in the very near future with him.
