I truly think it was when Travis Kelce went out with the concussion. The Chiefs couldn’t overcome that loss in the 2nd half. 

Also, I don’t understand why they didn’t run Kareem Hunt more in the 2nd half. It was just like the SB last year. Run the clock out.
