It’s not official, but according to multiple reports, Josh McDaniels is hiring Raiders QB Coach, Jake Peetz to be be his OC and Cowboys LB Coach, Matt Eberflus to be his DC in Indy. These will be two excellent hires. Peetz worked wonders with Derek Carr. Eberflus has been on the ascent for some time. The Cowboys LB unit has been very productive under his leadership. 

Josh will be building something nice in Indy.
