I know Dez is taking a lot of heat but I'm loathe to give up on him just yet because you can clearly see he's having a chemistry problem with Dak.  Now, that may be entirely Dez's fault, or a little bit of both ... but I'd like to see what is possible by fixing the problem before sending him somewhere else.
