I believe they have 100 million in cap space, second best in the leaugue. I'd prefer Alex Smith, Cousins is hot and cold too much, but, would take him over nothing. I'm not crazy about paying him 30 million though, not for him. I can't see how he can demand that price tag. Sashi Brown screwed the pooch when he didn't get Garrapolo for a  couple of 2s. Glad he's gone.
