I did get to taste the sweet victory of a championship with Cleveland when the Cavs won it all. That helps soften the blow of losing the World Series and miserable footballs seasons. Just think, in my life time before that championship as a Cleveland fan we've had Red Right 88', The Drive, the Fumble, a third AFC Championship loss to Denver in 89', cutting of Kosar, Moving the team in 95', losing the the World Series in 95' and 97', losing the NBA Finals in 2004, The Decision. But with the return, and being in the finals every year and winning one, I feel like all that pain has passed us or at least, as I said, softens the blow of other sports hardships.
