t is tough for any rookie to come in and do a great job in the NFL when: TRUE

1.  You're so young, and you don't have a mentor that has "been there .. done that."

MCCOWN WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR HIM...THE POSITION COACH HAS TO TAKE THAT ROLE..MENTOR/TEACHER

2.  You have few, if any, playmakers around you. TRUE...BUT THEY ARE USABLE

3.  If the QB is having issues with reading defenses, staring down one receiver, and accuracy. LEGIT

SO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY GOES ON THE PLAYER... figuring it out on his own is a must as well. He should not have been hanging out like he was late in the week... if he did it once I'm sure he did it more... that points to his mentality
