It is tough for any rookie to come in and do a great job in the NFL when:

1.  You're so young, and you don't have a mentor that has "been there .. done that."

2.  You have few, if any, playmakers around you.

3.  If the QB is having issues with reading defenses, staring down one receiver, and accuracy.
