Hey all, 

Not a browns fan by any means, however recent events have forced me to try and wrap my head around what exactly the Browns front office is trying to accomplish. 

From what I understand, not only did staff leave early on what (in my opinion) should have been an important day for them with the trade deadline, but to botch a trade that they desperately needed over not having paperwork signed? I mean, if this is true, is someone going to lose their job? How can anyone get behind a front office that seems apathetic to say the least. 

Anyone have any insight to offer on this?
