I think when your team is 0-7 and you are struggling as a rookie QB who needs to be a leader, it is a bad look. Kiser needs to appreciate the opportunity he has instead of acting like he's entitled. Too many players feel that because they have athletic ability the world owes them something. Real leadership is hard to find.
