Tooooo late to draft Watson.... lol... the coaching staff along with the player, kizer at this point have an opportunity to develop kizer. It’s partly their responsibility to do so. The rest is on Kizer... what will he do to take ownership of the position? 

I dont think he earned the spot by competing for it. That’s where part of the battle was lost. Part of the development includes competition. Hoping that by being benched this will strike a match. 

I alone, may believe he can develop. He must.
