Good points. I would like to see the development process better. One interesting thing to me is how Kaiser became the starter in the first place. It didn't seem to me that he earned it through real competition. He is has been in there, they made him the starter... ready or not... with that being the case... ride it out with the kid.. Develop him through all the experiences. Keep teaching... 

Now while he is not the starter, make sure he is being taught by someone... each play... Build him a new foundation then let him compete like he was supposed to initially.
