This question is one I’ve been thinking about since the start of the season. Now I ask other Browns fans what they think? Should Hue Jackson hire an OC and turn over play calling duty? I watch him on the sidelines and he doesn’t seem to make good in game adjustments. Everyone has a game plan coming into games but the good coaches know how to & when to adjust their play calls according to what’s working. Also, Hue’s intensity doesn’t seem to be that of a motivator of youngsters. The younger crowd seems to respond better to coaches that are animated and vocal. His style works better with Vets. I’m not saying fire him, but an OC would benefit him greatly in my opinion.
