Mike Evans definitely needs to be suspended following his blindsiding hit. When it comes to the AJ Green/Ramsey incident, I don't know how fair that was. Ramsey was ejected on reputation. To say who deserved what, the rules needs to be reviewed and followed.  There needs to be fairness when it comes to ejections, fines and suspensions no matter who or what you are within the NFL.
