What's a catch these days: Miller TD
Nov 02, 2017 10:24AM
I watched the video of Zach Miller's (almost?) catch and covered the knee as to not focus on the injury, but if and when he lost control of the ball? Was it when he rolled over after securing the catch? If that’s the case, that’s a bs call.
Now, if they said the ball moved a bit when he first caught it AND there’s a moment where the ball touches the ground, then that’s a different story.
I can’t find a replay that shows or talks about the officials decision. I did find a replay that highlighted all of the angles and made it clear that it is a bad call if he releases the ball after he rolls over and lets the ball go because of the injury.
This all started with a bs call against Detroit’s Calvin Johnson a few years ago in a game in Chicago, I know you Bears fans were happy the Bears won 😆
It should have been a TD. My thoughts go out to Zach Miller for a speedy recovery!
