I don't agree with the idea that if you need a QB, you have to draft one in the first round. A first round pick should be on a guy who can help you now.

Being an NFL QB is about understanding the system and that takes time. Just look at Aaron Rodgers. A guy like Trubisky got pushed into it too early. Those situations aren't fair to teams and their fans.
