Everyone in the league seems to genuinely respect Coach Nagy. People have compared his personality with the Bears GM Ryan Pace. A good GM-HC relationship is always crucial to the organization as a whole. Both seem to be well liked and well respected among their colleagues.

It appears the Bears Organization is a good fit for him. He clicked with management throughout the interview process, and his coaching style could be good for the young roster. With guys like Trubisky, Howard Cohen, Shaheen, and others, Nagy has the chance to take his offensie expertise and build a powerhouse.

With an already solid defense, the Bears could have a shot at becoming a real threat next year.

Andy Reid said Nagy was the best Head Coaching candidate he has ever had. Given the duration of Reid's time as a coach, that's a very bold statement, and Bears fans should not take that lightly.
