How do people feel about this? I never like when a former coordinate takes over the offensive or defensive play calling. The head coach has to be focused on the whole operation in my opinion. If your time distribution is unbalanced, it's hard to be a good coach. You need to hire coordinators that you trust and believe in your philosophies. 

I don't want to be negative but I believe this won't last for long. It's not really sustainable in the NFL. Too much is going on for head coaches without the added stress of calling the plays.
