Cam and Carolina had a pretty good efficient offensive game against the Patriots last week. They will need to have that again against this Detroit Lions defense. This is arguably the best defense they have faced so far this year. Protecting the ball will be very crucial considering the amount of turnovers the Lions have already created.

My question is, will Carolina’s secondary step up and be effective this game? The defense has given up back to back 30 point games. Coach Rivera is a defenseive minded Head Coach. I will be looking for the defense to play like they did the first 2 games of the season.
