NFC - I'm calling a Falcons v. Eagles NFC Championship game in Atlanta. Falcons win in a nailbiter with a last-minute Trufant pick-6 off Wentz.

AFC - Dashaun Watson will be out for blood so I am calling a Texans v. Sacksonville AFC Championship game with the Texans coming out on top with 2 Watson keeper TDs. 

Falcons will literally be the home team for the Super Bowl (since its the NFC's turn to be the home team and it will be at MB Stadium) and will beat the Texans in their red jerseys by kicking a 3pt field goal with 28 seconds left on the clock.
