I agree with you about the weather.Without Wentz, the Eagles are in trouble against this Atlanta team regardless of weather.The Falcons defense is gonna wreak havok. Atlanta still has a bad taste in their mouth from last year's SB loss. Their D is playing with a mission along with that high powered offense.  I have the Falcons winning this in an upset.
