Sammy Watkins will be a UFA that I will be watching. I feel he has been fairly disappointing since coming into the NFL. He did make a step in the right direction once he was traded from the Bills. I would be weary of placing the franchise tag on him. Last year the tag for WRs was: $15,795,917. That seems like a high number for an up and down player. I'd roll with Woods, Kupp, Reynolds and either a rookie or cheaper vet.
