Absolutely brilliant pick! We had to take him. Not only the best player in the draft, but he also filled a huge need! Anyone who believes the Giants are in “rebuild mode” do not know football. You do not make Nate Solder the highest paid LT if you are rebuilding. Gettleman has done an outstanding job since taking over as GM to replace Jerry Reese...and this draft is just more proof of how great he is doing. Getting Will Hernandez at 34 was a steal AND it filled another huge need! The gametape does not lie...best run blocking OG in this draft class.
